| Coolidge House Complete remodel of a 1400 sf bungalow in Willow Glen, with no structural modifications. Working on a tight budget, Oz Design and Build focused on improving the flow of the home, using several cost-saving approaches to stretch the budget. Two interior walls with no load were removed to connect the kitchen with the living room, increasing these areas’ natural light and views to the street. |
