Jeremy Osborne, President

Jeremy Osborne developed a passion for building and remodeling from his father, a devoted do-it-yourselfer, at a young age. Jeremy graduated from CSU, Chico in 1999 with a degree in Journalism. In 2003 he received his MBA from Santa Clara University. He is a California licensed General Contractor, and California licensed Real Estate Broker.

Jeremy started his career in marketing and public relations, and later moved to finance. Having worked on several of the family’s past home remodels over the years, it was a natural fit when he saw the opportunity to get into the homebuilding business in 2004. Jeremy’s professional background reflects his building philosophy as well: managing the project’s design, budget, timeline and quality of the build are all equally weighted priorities.

Jeremy is also a passionate advocate for improving energy efficiency and environmental impact in homes, particularly using simple retrofits to improve an existing home’s efficiency and environmental impact. He also supports initiatives for affordable housing, and donates time and money to Habitat for Humanity.

Jeremy is married to his best friend and design partner, Kelly Osborne. Together they have two young sons: George and Charlie, and an assortment of extended family members including a cat (Darth Vader), a dog (Sammy), and one dozen chickens. Jeremy’s hobbies include travel, golf, playing guitar and getting into all combinations of mischief with his sons.
